Why On-Site Computer Repair ?

I do On-Site repairs rather than having a customer bring the PC in because I find that doing it On-Site in the normal working enviroment helps me to be sure I find the problem. Sometimes the problem is actually being caused by some other piece of equipment connected to the PC rather than the PC it self. You can't discover those types of problems when the PC is brought in.
